Registered Behavior Technicians play an essential role at Ladder of Success ABA.
As an RBT, you will work directly with children, help implement individualized treatment plans, collect information about progress, and collaborate with a supervising clinician.

Paid Training & Supervision
RBTs receive paid training and ongoing clinical supervision to help them understand treatment programs, develop practical skills, and provide consistent support to clients.
