Taylor at Ladder of Success is amazing. She’s incredibly experienced, easy to communicate with, and someone you can genuinely trust to guide things in the right direction. She takes the time to explain, listens, and makes sure everyone feels informed and supported.

What stands out most is the management team! They’re responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely care about both the kids and the families. Any time we’ve had a question they’ve been easy to reach and quick to help.
You can tell there’s strong leadership behind the scenes, which makes a big difference in how smoothly everything runs day to day. It’s reassuring to work with a team that’s organized, communicative, and truly invested in the success of each child.

We recently attempted to begin the intake process with our child but it ended due to lack of availability, there was an instant shift in AJ when he heard that we were looking for part time enrollment, he even went as far as to saying it’s not worth it for their business to take in our child. This was all assumed before testing the child to see how manny hours are recommended for his needs as we told AJ manny times that we were willing to adjust accordingly to the child’s needs and recommended time with the program. I hate to say this but it feels like they’re in it for the money rather than prioritizing the children’s needs. I don understand that’s there’s a demand for this type of learning center and that this takes one on one thereby for the children but the overall intake experience was not the best based on my iterations with AJ as I had higher expectations based on prior interactions with iris who did a wonderful job.

I was skeptical about starting ABA therapy for my child because I’ve seen a lot of negative stories, but I am so glad I decided to go with Ladder of Success! I absolutely love this place. The staff are incredibly caring, understanding, and truly great with my kiddo. He looks forward to going every single day, and that means so much to me as a parent.

I’ve had such a positive experience with Ladder of Success and was incredibly impressed with their program. The brand new facility is welcoming, clean, and well laid out for children with special needs. The staff is highly professional, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable on all things ABA related. My daughter was immediately comfortable in the environment and connected with the behavior analysts and technicians right away. I had previously toured some of the larger ABA facilities in the area and found that Ladder of Success takes a much more individualized approach, specific to each child in their program. Unfortunately, I couldn't move forward with their services because of unforeseen circumstances on my end, but I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality ABA therapy for their child.
